La Petite Colombe
La Petite Colombe’s interior design is inspired by the transformation of raw materials from the earth into beautiful, handcrafted objects, much like the process of turning fresh ingredients into culinary masterpieces. This philosophy extends to the lighting design, which plays an integral role in enhancing the restaurant's elegant ambiance.
In collaboration with DHK Architects and MR Design, we created a lighting scheme that emphasizes simple sophistication. The lighting design featuring subtle sconces, provides a soft, even illumination that enhances the space without overpowering it. The goal was to create a seamless integration of light and design, allowing for an inviting and warm atmosphere.

For the main dining area, our approach to lighting includes concealed, cocooning fixtures that add a layer of warmth and elegance, while strategically placed, low bar lighting ensures that the focus remains on the food. Rechargeable table lamps offer guests the ability to tailor the lighting to their preferences, enhancing visual comfort and creating a personalized ambiance.
Central to the design are the water station pendants, which cast a gentle, welcoming glow, and the wall sconces, which provide subtle pockets of light that highlight decorative elements throughout the space. Together, these elements create a refined, sophisticated lighting scheme that complements the restaurant’s elegant décor and enhances the dining experience.
At La Petite Colombe, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to support the restaurant's focus on fine food, exceptional service, and a memorable atmosphere. The lighting, like the cuisine, is an essential part of the overall experience, creating a space that feels both intimate and extraordinary.
